In the Holy Quran, the Egyptian who bought Yusuf is mentioned in later verses as "aziz". (Yusuf 12/30, 51) Yusuf (a.s.), who would later be brought to high positions in state administration, is also referred to by this title. (Yusuf 12/78) This shows that the title "aziz" was a high official position in Egypt. Moreover, this word in Arabic also means "someone whose power cannot be resisted". Aziz tells his wife to value Yusuf and take good care of him. He advises her not to treat him like a slave, but like a son. This means that Allah Teala placed Yusuf in Egypt with a family with abundant means, education, and experience in state administration, and gave him the means to develop himself. Man will understand through personal experience how events unfold in human, community, and state life, the cause-and-effect relationships therein, and where things will ultimately lead. When Hz. Yusuf reached the age of maturity, Allah Teala gave him judgment and knowledge; He brought him to a very important position in state administration, such as the ministry of finance. By "hüküm" (judgment) given to Hz. Yusuf is meant ruling and judging. By "İlim" (knowledge) is meant the knowledge given to him in addition to prophethood to interpret events and interpret dreams.
In Andalusian architecture, the expression "La galibe İllallah" is also rooted in this noble verse.
