localStorage: Browser local storage technology – stores user preferences under the keys 'sabah-cookie-consent' and 'sabah-cookie-preferences'. This data is stored only in your browser and is not sent to the server.

Social media links: Our website contains external links to Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube. These links are for redirection purposes only and do not set any cookies on our website. No embedded widgets or plugins are used. However, when you click on these links and are redirected to the respective platforms, these platforms may set their own cookies. Data stored in localStorage (browser only):

- 'sabah-cookie-consent': User's cookie consent status ('accepted' or 'rejected')

- 'sabah-cookie-preferences': Detailed cookie preferences (essential, analytics, thirdParty boolean values)

This browser data is deleted when you clear your browser cache or manually delete localStorage.

Server-side stored consent data (for legal compliance under GDPR Art. 7(1)):

To prove your consent, we store the following data server-side in encrypted files:

- Consent timestamp (when you accepted/rejected)

- Anonymized IP address (last octet removed, e.g. 192.168.1.0 instead of 192.168.1.123)

- User-Agent (browser type and version, max. 200 characters)

- Consent status ('accepted' or 'rejected')

- Your cookie preferences (essential, analytics, thirdParty)

This server-side data is used solely to prove lawful consent and is automatically deleted 3 years after the last consent or withdrawal. The IP address is anonymized immediately upon storage, making direct identification impossible.

Technical data (in server logs): Browser type, operating system, IP address, access date and time. This data is temporarily stored in server logs for security and technical functionality (maximum 7 days).

Usage data: Pages visited, page view duration, referrer URLs – this data is currently not collected, but if analytics tools are added in the future, they will only be collected with your explicit consent.

You can manage your cookie preferences via the cookie banner on our website. Click 'Manage cookies' to change your preferences.

Deleting localStorage data: You can clear localStorage through your browser settings to reset your cookie preferences. Deleting the 'sabah-cookie-consent' and 'sabah-cookie-preferences' keys will reset your preferences.

Browser settings: You can configure your browser to accept cookies only in individual cases, reject them entirely or delete them automatically when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit website functionality.
